Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a well-known term in most developed countries of the world but is still an evolving in India where challenges of overpopulation, unemployment, illiteracy, Health, etc.

Education initiative:

SHILPA MEDICARE LTD, SHILPA FOUNDATION initiative to donate the desk. In view of supporting the basic infrastructure, improving in class room strengthen students systematic learning. Giving the importance to quality of learning system in government school.

Its areas of operations. 2023-24 academic year donated desks to 05 government schools and its using 385 student in this male 207 female 178 students using of desks his changed the class room environment also created platform of joyful learning.

Funding to green Raichur NGO for plantation, maintenance and monitoring in Raichur district initiative of Green Raichur 1003 the cumulative plantation over the 7 years is about 59,079 the condition of the saplings and growth are being continuously.

Donated Vitamin film’s:

Supporting for Improve the patient immunity, suffering with TB Dieses.
Supporting the Below poverty line patient through providing vitamin films
Saving the lives and serving for the people.
Coordination with Government supporting for TB controlling

Supporting to sports, encourage the sports related events.
Promoting the sports activities in district.
Giving the strength and motivation to participate international level.

Women Empowerment Program

Mahila Shakti Sanchaya Samiti Raichur. Organised one day women empowerment program from SHILPA FOUNDATION sponsored food on 26.11.2024 at Raichur Gunj Kalyan Mantap around 450 to 500 women’s participated from Raichur and out of District. In this program discussed women empowerment, small scale industry work, Self help Group how to handle the economy, leadership skill and various topics discussed regarding women’s empower.
